Be nice to players and staff, in game and on the Discord.

• Forbidden: insults, harassment, threats, discrimination (origin, religion, gender, orientation, disability…), hateful or sexual remarks.
• Your name, outfit and profile picture must stay appropriate.
• No spam or flooding in the chat.

Never share a player's personal information: their real name, address, photos, social accounts… not even as a joke.

Forbidden: threatening to reveal that information, or posting it in game, in private messages or on the Discord.

Nothing sexual, gory or illegal, in game or on the Discord: messages, images, names, outfits and links included.

• Forbidden: cheat menus, injectors, mods that give an advantage, macros and autoclickers.
• Using a second account to get around a sanction leads to a permanent ban of both accounts.
• Helping a cheater or knowingly benefiting from their cheating is also sanctioned.

Found a bug that earns money, tokens or eggs too easily? Report it on the Discord without using it and without explaining it publicly.

Deliberately exploiting a bug can lead to a reset of your progress, on top of a sanction.

Allowed: stealing eggs from an unprotected incubator. It's a game mechanic, not an offence. Protect yours with a shield!

Forbidden: repeatedly targeting the same player to push them off the server, or insulting them because they stole from you.

Grind Tycoon is a tycoon game server. There are no guns and no mandatory roleplay: you don't need to stay in character. Just avoid bothering others (blocking a path, pushing players over and over…).

Advertising another server, another Discord or a service (in game, in private messages to members or on the Discord) is forbidden without the staff's approval.

Selling, buying or trading an account, in-game money or progress for real money (or anything outside the game) is forbidden. The only official store is the one shown on this site.

• Staff decisions apply. If you disagree, open a ticket on the Discord: no public arguments.
• Impersonating a staff member is forbidden.
• You must stay a member of the Discord to access the server.
• The rules may change: the up-to-date version is always on this site and on the Discord.

These terms govern the use of the FiveM game server "Grind Tycoon" (the "Server"), its Discord and its online store. Connecting to the Server, joining the Discord or making a purchase means you accept these Terms and the rules above, which are part of them.

• Access to the Server is free. It requires a legal copy of GTA V on PC, the FiveM software and a Discord account that is a member of the official Discord server.
• The Server is a community project: it is provided as is, with no guarantee of permanent availability. Maintenance, restarts or interruptions can happen at any time.
• The team may refuse or remove access for anyone who does not follow these Terms or the rules.

• Your progress (in-game money, tokens, eggs, companions, levels…) is tied to your FiveM license. It has no real-money value, cannot be traded or refunded, and remains the property of the Server: you only have a right to use it in game.
• In case of cheating, bug exploitation or technical error, the team may correct, reduce or reset a player's progress.
• Game balance (prices, earnings, durations) may change at any time.
• You are responsible for your accounts (FiveM, Discord) and what is done with them.

• The store is hosted by Tebex, which processes payments and also applies its own terms. The Server team never has access to your bank details.
• Items are digital content, delivered automatically in game to the FiveM (Cfx.re) account used for the purchase, usually within 1 to 3 minutes. The exact content of each item is described in the store.
• "Forever" items (X2 Money, -50% Upgrades) stay yours as long as the Server exists, including after a rebirth. The instant rebirth is single use, limited to one per 24 hours, and can only be used once you have completed half of the rebirth requirements.
• Subscriptions (Gold, Legend): they renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Tebex receipt or your payment method; the perks stay active until the end of the month already paid.
• No virtual currency is sold, and nothing random: no crates, mystery packs or lucky draws. Eggs and the trader can never be bought.
• A purchase is a way to support the project; it gives no special rights with the staff and does not protect from sanctions.
• Minors must get permission from a parent or guardian before any purchase.

Since digital content is delivered immediately after payment, you request its immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is delivered, as provided by law (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). If a paid item was not delivered, contact the staff on the Discord with your proof of purchase: it will be delivered or refunded.

A payment dispute (chargeback) opened without contacting the staff leads to the account being suspended until it is resolved. A ban for breaking the rules gives no right to a refund.

If these Terms or the rules are broken, the team may issue a warning, a kick, a temporary or permanent ban, and/or a reset of progress. A sanction can be appealed by ticket on the Discord.

The team does its best to provide a stable service, but cannot be held responsible for interruptions, data loss due to a technical incident, connection problems, or the actions of other players. You remain responsible for your equipment and your connection.

The Server is an independent fan project, not affiliated with, supported or endorsed by these companies. The scripts, interfaces and content created for the Server belong to their respective authors and may not be copied without permission.

These Terms may change at any time; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this section, and important changes are announced on the Discord. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it. For any question, open a ticket on the Discord. These Terms are governed by French law.

• Your FiveM identifiers (including your license) and a unique player identifier.
• If you buy from the store: your Cfx.re account identifier (to deliver your purchases) and the number of each Tebex transaction (so the same purchase is never delivered twice).
• Your Discord identifier, username and avatar (to check that you are a member and link your account).
• Your in-game progress and statistics (playtime, harvests, leaderboards).
• The history of sanctions and moderation actions, as well as technical activity logs used to detect cheating.
• If you apply to join the staff: your answers to the form, sent only to the staff's private channel on Discord to review your application.

Only to run the game (saving your game, the leaderboards), check access through the Discord, and handle moderation and security of the Server. This data is never sold or used for advertising. Payments are handled by Tebex, which applies its own privacy policy.

You can ask to see or delete your data by opening a ticket on the Discord. Deletion erases your progress. The history of sanctions may be kept as long as needed to prevent a ban from being bypassed.

Yes. You only need GTA V on PC. The store is optional and helps support the server.

Most of the time, it's because you're not on the Discord, or Discord isn't linked to FiveM. Join the Discord, keep the Discord app open on your PC, then restart FiveM.

No, everything is saved. Even better: your farm keeps producing while you're away (up to 8 hours), and you collect your earnings when you come back. Your eggs are paused and safe as long as you're not at the incubator camp.

Automatically, usually 1 to 3 minutes after payment. If you're offline, it waits for you and arrives on your next login. All the questions about purchases are on the Store page.

No, never. Eggs can only be earned by playing, and nothing random is sold in the store.

They are started by the team and announced on the Discord. Turn on notifications for the announcements channel so you don't miss anything.

Close heavy programs running in the background and check your connection. If it continues, type /report in game to let the staff know, or open a ticket on the Discord with a screenshot.
