The payment window opens on top of the site. Your purchase arrives in game within 1 to 3 minutes, or on your next login.
Questions
Purchases
?When do I get my purchase?
Automatically, usually 1 to 3 minutes after payment. If you are offline, it waits for you and arrives on your next login. Log into the game with the same FiveM (Cfx.re) account as on the store.
?How do I check what I bought?
In game, type /boutique in the chat (T key). The F7 key also opens the in-game store.
?How do I cancel my subscription?
From the Tebex receipt you received by email, or from your payment method. Your perks stay active until the end of the month you already paid for.
?Do I keep my bonuses after a rebirth?
Yes. X2 Money and -50% Upgrades are yours forever, even after a rebirth. Subscriptions stay active as long as they are paid.
?When can I use the instant rebirth?
As soon as you have completed half of the requirements for your next rebirth. Only one per 24 hours.
?Can I buy eggs?
No, never. Eggs can only be earned by playing, and nothing random is sold: no crates, no lucky draws.
?My purchase did not arrive, what should I do?
Open a ticket on the Discord with your proof of purchase: it will be delivered or refunded.
